1.Order Processing 

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation. 

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During festive seasons, sales, or special events, processing time may take slightly longer due to high demand.

2. Shipping Methods & Timelines 

Standard Shipping (All Over India): 4–7 business days

Express Shipping (Selected Locations): 2–4 business days (Extra charges may apply)

International Shipping: Delivery timelines depend on the destination.

3. Shipping Charges 

Free Shipping on all over India. International shipping charges are calculated based on location, weight, and courier rates.

4. Order Tracking 

Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be shared via WhatsApp, Email, or SMS. You can track your package through the courier partner’s website or app.

5. Delays in Delivery 

Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like natural calamities, strikes, courier issues, or remote area deliveries. Maulika Jewels & Sarees will not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, but we will assist you with updates until your order reaches you.

6. Incorrect Shipping Details 

Please ensure your address, phone number, and pincode are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

7. International Duties & Taxes  (For International Orders)

Any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges applicable in the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.
